I started my first real estate business at 20 years old with no outside capital, working in construction and swinging a hammer long before I ever closed large deals or raised investor funds. That hands-on foundation shaped how I operate today: disciplined, detail-oriented, and relentlessly focused on execution, risk management, and long-term value—not hype.

Over the last 20+ years, I’ve closed more than 1,000 real estate transactions, sold over $100 million in real estate, and coached more than 1,000 investors and entrepreneurs. I’ve built, scaled, and operated businesses across luxury development, private equity, education, and real estate technology—all centered around real-world execution. I’ve worked in every part of the business, from construction and underwriting to development, capital raising, and systems creation, which allows me to see opportunities and risks others often miss.
